Missing my old "working mom"coffee breaks

  Previously as a working mom I envied the so called "coffee dates " that my SAHM friends got to enjoy regularly with there other mom friends and children . Well this isn't at all what one thinks it is .

 A coffee date is more like signing up for an anxiety attack , messy house , and very few words spoken between friends .

I had one this morning .This particular friend also has 3 kids . Once entering the house the kids run off to find other short people like themselves . This gives us moms about 10 minutes of conversation before we hear screaming, fighting, toys breaking, all while one of us are balancing a Tims or Starbucks in one hand and nursing a baby with the other Trying to ignore the feelings of anxiety as your once cleanish house is being systematically destroyed by a mini army of terrorists that you created your self .
 Sounds relaxing right ? NOT.

 This isn't every time but I bet its safe to say that 99% of other SAHM will agree with me. On the bright side if you were lucky enough to be the visiting party you get to gather up your mini army and return to your own cleanish house to enjoy some quiet time as your mini terrorists re energize for an afternoon frenzy.

Don't be jealous working moms enjoy your Starbucks terrorist free on your coffee break...sincerely a partly jealous stay at home mom

Now I don't consider my self spoiled . I'm not a Kardashian , but when it comes to gifts my  love always  goes a little over board ,but if you happen to know me or him you would know that I most defiantly put up with a lot of shit and deserve it .  For Christmas this year the gift that I am most excited about (besides the new lab top on which I was able to create a blog) is my new NINJA blender system. one word AMAZING !!!! this blender is like a Booster Juice bar in my own personal kitchen ! Today I am using up the last of my cherry tomatoes in a homemade chilli it juiced those tomatoes into a sauce in 3 seconds !!!! I feel like Martha Stewart but without a criminal record . So excited to see what else this thing can do !  If you are going to get a counter appliance as a gift this one is the bomb.  Happy home making everyone

A little bit about myself .. My name is Melissa I am a 27 year old  mother of 3 small terrorists as I like to call them. My oldest Rydin is 5,the middle child Brianna is 3, and our newest addition Emily is 4 months. My Mr is Curtis he works in the oilfield so the majority of the time I parent alone . I used to work but have recently decided to stay home and loose my mind ,oops I mean raise my kids.
